e-Safe allows you to group in a single place all your administrative and commercial documents: bills, account statements, employment contracts, insurance policies, identity documents, birth certificates and even holiday photos.

To make it easier to consult your documents, you can organise them as you wish and create and rename as many folders as you need.


Consult your documents at any time

The documents you file in your e-Safe are accessible at any time. Simply log in to Netbanking and click on the e-Safe tab.

You can store an unlimited number of documents for an unlimited period of time. The only limitation is that a single document may not exceed 50 MB.

In e-Safe, you can store the most common file types (pdf, jpg, txt, doc, xls, ppt, zip, rar, etc.).

Access is exclusively via the Netbanking online portal. This means any stored documents are strictly confidential and can be viewed by you alone.

In addition, your data is stored in encrypted form on servers in Switzerland.

Individuals with BCGE banking services and a BCGE Netbanking contract can have an e-Safe digital safe. An Internet connection and an up-to-date browser are required to connect to e-Safe. Yes, access to e-Safe is exclusively via the Netbanking online portal and it is therefore necessary to have a BCGE Netbanking contract.

As soon as you have logged in to the Netbanking online portal, click on the “e-Safe” tab. Your digital safe will open directly and be available to you immediately.

No, BCGE recommends that you store your data in at least two different locations.

Documents generated by BCGE will be sent automatically to the “BCGE” folder. You can store your e-documents for an unlimited period of time.

For the time being, it is not possible to access e-Safe via Mobile Netbanking. The connection must be made via a web browser.
