A strategic investment

As a long-standing client of Finnova, BCGE is now acquiring 11% of the company’s shares. In the future, BCGE will have a seat on Finnova’s Board of Directors. This long-term commitment highlights the importance for BCGE of working closely with one of Switzerland’s leading banking software providers. For 50 years, Finnova has been developing innovative, high-performance and secure IT solutions for banks. Its clients include more than 100 financial institutions, which represents around a third of all banks in Switzerland.
