He has been Chairman of compenswiss, the Swiss Federal Social Security Funds OAI/II/IC since January 2016. He is also a member of the board of directors of several Swiss companies. Mr Leuthold has extensive experience in the banking sector. He worked for more than 30 years in various groups, during which time he held senior positions in commercial and institutional client management as well as in commodities trading. He holds a Master's degree in law and in economics from the University of Geneva.

With postgraduate degrees from the International Agri-food Management Institute (IGIA) and from the Institute for Advanced Studies in Rural Law and Agricultural Economics (IHEDREA, Paris), his particular expertise is in risk management, strategy analysis and execution, and organizational change management and leadership.
Having joined Cargill as a trader in 1980, he occupied various positions in Paris, Amsterdam, Milan, Geneva and Minneapolis before being appointed, firstly, Manager at Cargill Europe, Geneva (1999-2007), then Vice-chairman of Cargill International, Geneva (2008-2014).
He is a member of Entreprendre Suisse Romande, the business creation network in French-speaking Switzerland.

Holder of a law degree from the University of Fribourg and a qualified lawyer (bar of Geneva). He is head of the judicial group at the law firm FBT Attorneys-at-Law, in Geneva, where he has been a partner since 1993. He has extensive experience in proceedings conducted before common courts as well as in adjudication matters, both nationally and internationally. His fields of activity cover all forms of trade litigation, particularly in banking and finance. Serge Fasel is also active in the fields of bankruptcy law, labour law and economic crime. He has been honoured by Legal500 for his litigation skills, and especially in banking litigation. He is a deputy judge at the Court of Justice and has also completed a military justice course.

Fabienne Bertolucci founded Orphée Consulting in 2015. She has extensive experience in the field of financial control, which she acquired while working for various companies. She also managed the family business JFG from 1986 to 1996. She holds a Master's degree in Finance and Management at HEC Geneva and a Master's degree at the Institute of Business Law of the University of Aix-Marseille.

She began her career in 2003 at Union Bancaire Privée as a compliance officer. Between 2007 and 2018, she worked as Compliance Manager and Chief Compliance Officer for the Pictet Group before founding Swiss Compliance Services in 2018.
