Christelle Didier becomes Head of Human Resources
Banque Cantonale de Genève has appointed Christelle Didier as Head of Human Resources.
Christelle Didier has been appointed Head of Human Resources by the Executive Board. She will take over from Elisabeth Ray Tang, who has decided to retire. BCGE is present in 31 locations in Switzerland, France, Dubai and Hong Kong and operates 14 different business lines. As at 31 December 2022, it employed 874 people (in full-time equivalents). In addition to its international presence, the Group also owns three subsidiaries: Loyal Finance (Zurich), Dimension (Lausanne) and Capital Transmission (Geneva).
Christelle Didier holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing and Corporate Communication and is a SAQ-certified private client adviser. She has extensive experience in the banking industry and knows all about its complexity. She began her career at Crédit Agricole before working for Raiffeisenbank. In 2008, she joined BCGE, where she held various positions within different branches. She worked as a client adviser and branch manager before becoming a member of the Geneva Division Staff, which she led for two years.
