BCGE’s 31st Ordinary General Meeting of Shareholders will be held on Tuesday, 29 April 2025 at 5.30pm at the Palexpo Convention Centre.
Entrance E1 – Route François-Peyrot 30 – 1218 Le Grand Saconnex.
Admission and registration
The General Meeting is reserved for shareholders listed in the register of shareholders. If you are not yet listed in the register of shareholders, you can register by returning the duly completed and signed “General authorisation for registration” form to BCGE before 14 April 2025 (date of receipt).
Only shareholders listed in the register of shareholders on 14 April 2025 at 5pm at the latest may participate in the General Meeting and exercise their voting rights.
To gain access to the General Meeting, shareholders or their appointed representative must present themselves at the reception desk with their admission card.
Information and documentation
Invitations and registration forms will be sent Wednesday, 2 April 2025 to shareholders listed in the register of shareholders.
