BCGE’s Ordinary General Assembly will be held on Tuesday 2 May 2023 at 5.30 pm at PALEXPO Convention Centre.

Admission and registration
The General Assembly is reserved for shareholders registered in the register of shareholders.
Only shareholders registered in the register of shareholders on 17 April 2023 at 5 pm at the latest may participate in the General Assembly and exercise their voting rights.
All shareholders must present themselves at the welcome desk, with their admission card, in order to be able to access the event.

Invitations and registration forms were sent out Wednesday 5 April 2023 to shareholders registered in the register of shareholders.
The agenda was published in the press and also made available on www.bcge.ch on Wednesday 5 April 2023.
